Her Father's Daughter is a community of Christian women based in Milton Keynes, United Kingdom. This notice explains what we collect when you register your interest, why, and how we look after it. Any questions? Emailwearehfd@gmail.com.
What we collect
When you fill in our “Register interest” form, we collect:
- your name and email address;
- your phone number, if you choose to give it;
- the communities or Gathering you’re interested in; and
- any message you send us.
We do not store your IP address. We record only the country your request came from, to help us understand where our sisters are joining from.
Why we use it — and our lawful basis
We use your details, with your consent, to contact you about Her Father's Daughter — to send joining information and to keep you updated about the community and the annual Gathering. That consent is our lawful basis under UK GDPR, and you can withdraw it at any time.
Where it’s kept
Your details are stored securely with Cloudflare, on infrastructure located in Western Europe. Our form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile to keep out automated abuse.We never sell or share your details, and only trusted members of the Her Father's Daughter team can see them.
Who helps us process your details
We use a few trusted providers, only to run this website and stay in touch with you:
- Cloudflare — hosts the website and stores registrations (Western Europe).
- Resend — sends the confirmation email after you register your interest.
- Luma — if you register for the Gathering, that sign-up is handled on Luma’s platform underLuma’s own privacy policy.
How long we keep it
We keep your details only for as long as you’d like to hear from us and be part of the community. Ask us to remove them, and we will.
Your rights
You can ask to see the details we hold, correct them, have them deleted, or withdraw your consent — at any time. Just emailwearehfd@gmail.com and we’ll take care of it.
